Cllr Inall confirmed that the tender has been awarded to Dunkil Developments Ltd. A letter of
intent has been sent to them and they are in the process of sourcing the equipment. The contract
must be signed with FCC before any work commences. The Sports Club have requested that
during the redevelopment they have 24-hour access and for the contractor to be aware of routing
of utility/service lines. Cllr Inall confirmed that this has already been discussed and agreed with
the Project Manager and contractor. Clerk will convey this to the Sports Club.
Cllr Inall suggested arranging a liaison meeting with the Sports Club prior to the commencement
of works. Cllr Robson to arrange.
Cllr Tonge confirmed that 16 trees, donated via CWaC’s Woodland Creation Officer, have been
planted today and 2 Heritage apple trees are to be planted at the Capesthorne Community
Orchard.
