THE CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL
(ADDITION OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 25, 26, 27, 28 IN THE PARISH OF CHRISTLETON & PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO 7 IN THE PARISH OF LITTLETON) MODIFICATION ORDER 2024
The above Order, made on the 16 May 2024, if confirmed as made will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding the following paths:
Footpath 25 Commencing Christleton Footpath 078/FP3 at OS grid reference SJ 4463 6629 (point B on Plan No MO/021/25A) then running in a generally north/north westerly direction for approximately 175 metres to the junction with Christleton Footpath 078/FP7 at OS grid reference SJ 4455 6645.
Footpath 26 Commencing at Christleton Footpath 078/FP13 at OS grid reference SJ 4481 6591 (point F on Plan No MO/021/26D) then running in a generally north/north westerly direction for approximately 434 metres to the junction with Public Footpath Christleton 078/FP3 at OS grid reference SJ 4461 6629.
Footpath 27 in Christleton, commencing at Christleton Footpath 078/FP13 at OS grid reference SJ 4497 6599 (point D on Plan No MO/021/27B) then running in a generally north/north westerly direction for approximately 385 metres to the junction with Public Footpath Christleton 078/FP3 at OS grid reference SJ 4480 6634.
Footpath 28 in Christleton, commencing at Christleton Footpath 078/FP3 and Littleton footpath 187/FP5 at OS grid reference SJ 4516 6658 (point J on Plan No MO/021/28C) then running in a generally north/north westerly direction for approximately 116 metres to the Christleton/Littleton parish boundary at OS grid reference SJ 4510 6668.
Footpath 7 in Littleton, commencing at Christleton Footpath 078/FP28 on the Christleton/Littleton parish boundary at OS grid reference SJ 4510 6668 (point H on Plan No MO/021/7E) then running in a generally Westerly/North westerly direction for approximately 158 metres to the junction of Littleton 187/FP6 at OS grid reference SJ 4505 6681.
Copies of the Order and plan have been deposited and a scan copy or a postal copy may be requested free of charge by email application to the following address PublicRightOfWayWest@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk or by post to PROW, Highway Depot, Guilden Sutton CH3 7EX.
Any representations or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Head of Highways, PROW, Cheshire West and Chester Council, c/o Public Rights of Way, Highway Depot, Guilden Sutton Lane, CH3 7EX no later than 42 days after the date of this Notice.Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made or if any so made are withdrawn, the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State any representations and objections that have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
