Cllr Tonge has received confirmation that a Notice of Modification Order has been received to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the Borough of Cheshire West and Chester for the area by adding 5 Footpaths (one of which covers Littleton Parish). Objections to the Order to be submitted within 42 days of the date of the Order. Cllr Robson said this was an “historical decision” and that subject to no objections the Parish would have the benefit of 5 additional Public Rights of Way. The Chair formally extended his thanks to Cllr Tonge for his tenacity, hard work, time and effort he has put in to achieve this outcome.
