Neighbourhood Plan Update – July 2025

At the special committee meeting of Christleton and Littleton Parish Councils to be held on 19 July 2025, approval will be sought for the Parish Priority Statement (to be forwarded to CWaC) and the Neighbourhood Plan (excluding the full Wildlife input). The results of the Wildlife survey will be incorporated into the NP at the end of August and will be forwarded to the two PCs for comment. The amended NP will then be forwarded to CWaC for a Habitat and Environmental Assessment and then subject to changes we anticipate circulating the printed NP to the local community for Regulation 14 consultation and feedback by end of September. Once any necessary changes have been incorporated, we anticipate submitting the Final NP to CWaC by the end of October.
CWaC carry out their own Regulation 15 consultation before it is submitted for Regulation 16 examination in 2026. The PC is in process of sourcing quotes for the design, printing and distribution of the NP and discussed in principle setting aside the sum of £4000 towards these costs.
